Order Status
Most orders received by 2PM eastern time ship same day, orders received after 2PM eastern time usually ship next day, and then require 3-7 days in transit
via standard ground shipping. For your convenience,
you may Contact Us whenever you feel it necessary to obtain your order's tracking
number or numbers. If after 10 business days from placing
your order you still have not received your GPS product,
please Contact Us and we will promptly research the issue for you.
Shipping Information
GPSDeals4U.com GPS - Global Positioning Systems ships to all 50 United States and Canada only.
Standard U.S. Delivery
orders will arrive within
5 to 10 business days following actual shipment. Next Day, 2nd Day, and three day shipping is available to any United States location. You will have the opportunity to select those options during the checkout process. We can not ship merchandise to P.O. Boxes or military APO boxes.
All deliveries are handled by United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, or USPS (United States Posal Service) and are insured for the protection of all parties involved.
If you would like us
to ship your GPS order to a different address you
may do so at no extra charge. Please call to enable us to provide this service.
Please make sure your shipping address information is 100% accurate and
complete. If the address is incomplete it may delay shipping and
receipt of your order. You will be charged a fee to correct the
address (even if only the apartment or suite number is missing).
During the Holiday time period, please consider expedited shipping options
to insure that your package arrives in time.
Product Pricing And Sales Tax
All prices indicated
on GPSDeals4U.com are in U.S. dollars
only and are subject to change without notice. We deem the prices listed on this site to be current, and the
price charged to you on your order to be the same as indicated
at the time of your purchase. However, if after a sale has been
made and the price for the purchased item has been adjusted downward,
we will gladly offer you a price adjustment if you notify us by
Contacting Us within
14 days of your purchase.
If your order information
indicates you are shipping to or within the State of Florida,
we are required to collect 7.00% Florida State Sales Tax. The
actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable
GPS product, shipping, and taxes as calculated
at the time your order is placed.
Returns And Exchanges
Please refer back to
the top of this page and the definition of Customer Service.
The bottom line is we want you, as our consumer elestconics customer,
to be happy. Therefore, every effort will be made to satisfy
you should you encounter defective merchandise damaged during
shipping or otherwise, or perhaps you just feel that you would
like to return your purchase. Listed below are some guidelines
we'd like you to follow to aid in this process:
NON-DEFECTIVE
MERCHANDISE: It is the responsiblity of the customer to determine suitablity of a product prior to placing the unit in service as we do not have a buy it and try it allowance policy. All non-defective GPS merchandise
is guaranteed for a period of 21 days from receipt. We will gladly
accept all non-defective returns for a refund during that
21 day period. GPSDeals4U.com will not refund your purchase
if item is returned in un-sellable condition. We do not refund
shipping and handling charges or reimburse for the cost of returning
the item to us. For your protection, we suggest you insure the return for the full purchase price. Upon receipt, the product will go to a technician who will review the return for acceptability and then to the accounting department to issue the refund or exchange. Returned merchandise MUST be in its original condition, including boxes and packing materials.
We will only credit the credit card used for the original purchase
or you can receive credit towards another purchase. - You MUST Call
or Contact Us to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
and shipping instructions prior to returning any GPS
merchandise.
- Returns received without prior contact and a Returned Merchandise Authorization are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Un-opened returns received with a Returned Merchandise Authorization during the first 21 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Opened returns in original box with all components received with a Returned Merchandise Authorization during the first 21 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- All refused shipments may be charged a 10% restocking fee and associated shipping charges.
NON-RETURNABLE OR NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS: ANY software with the seals broken or the original packaging is missing. Units that have been put in service and are not defective. Special orders, opened computer software, and electronic charts, are not returnable. Products such as the iQue, Quest, GPSMAP units, StreetPilot and GPS V are not returnable once the software package has been opened. Also, ANY custom, or special order products such as Garmin Marine Data Cards are NOT returnable as they are maps pre-burned on data cards for customers, speciality accessories, or maps that the customer has arranged on a custom basis with one of our in-house customer service reps. Those sales are final and cannot be returned under any circumstance. Map abnormalities or anomalies are not cause for warranty return. Most GPS maps are provided by two major companies, Navteq and TeleAtlas. Our research indicates Navteq maps used in Garmin, Magellan and Lowrance are superior in accuracy and completeness to TeleAtlas maps used by TomTom and Mio. Our research also indicates no maps are absolutely complete and accurate and therefore are sold as "most current available". Again, we DO NOT reimburse any shipping costs in either direction for your shipment or return.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: All
defective merchandise, or merchandise damaged during shipping,
must be Called or E-Mailed
in to us immediately, not to exceed 5 days from receipt of your
order. Our GPS vendors require to be notified during
this time frame, consequently, there are no exceptions. Should
we have sent the wrong item, we will have the incorrect item picked up and the correct item shipped to you. Returned defective GPS merchandise must include original boxes and packing
materials inside the shipping carton you choose to return it in.
We will only exchange defective items for the same item, no refunds. You MUST fill out the Returned Merchandise Authorization Request Form to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
and shipping instructions prior to returning any merchandise.
Types Of Payments Accepted
We accept the following credit cards only:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
Check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date,
and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit
card statement exactly. Should we not be able to process your
credit card, please refer any problems to your credit card company
if you cannot resolve the problem. Additionally, if you are uncomfortable
paying for your order via credit card online, please call us and
we will be glad to take your payment information over the phone.
We also accept E-mail
payments through the PAYPAL Service. Simply select PAYPAL as your form of payment during the checkout process.
Gift Certificates
can be redeemed online only. Place your order
online and enter the gift certificate number you received in the confirmation email into the "additional information" box on the Checkout page. If your Gift Certificate amount is
less than your order amount, we will retain
your remaining Gift Certificate balance open under your gift certificate number for
future use.
Checks or Money Orders are accepted by mail. (Please Do
Not send cash.)

Out Of Stock, Backordered, Or Pre-Release Items
Merchandise posted on
this site is in-stock as of the last time our vendors GPS
inventory was updated. Backorders are items ordered that may not be in stock for various reasons at the time they are ordered. We will notify the customer with the backorder status including the estimated time it may be until the item is back in stock. We will also automatically keep the item on backorder status and fill the order immediately when it returns to stock, unless you the customer cancels the backorder. GPSDeals4U.com will also pay any additional shipping costs related to split shipping due to an unfortunate backorder. Either you the customer or GPSDeals4U.com may cancel any backorder at any time by simply notifying the other party of the intended action.
To provide you with 1st access to new items, we sometimes place Pre-Release products on the website for the purpose of allowing you to reserve a unit that will be in high demand when the product begins shipping from the manufacturer. We are willing to place these products for reservation through the website - no payments or charges are made until the product comes in and ships. Pre-Release orders MUST be place by calling us. The terms and description of a new product are subject to change by GPSDeals4U.com or the manufacturer. In the event of a price change you will be notified. If the price is higher than your reservation, then your order will be cancelled and you will need to place a new order. If the price is lowered we will automatically lower your price. In either case we will notify you. Product pre-release reservations are subject to cancellation for any reason.
